Privacy Policy

Allowance is built and operated by Codesmith (CEO Suchan Yoo, Business Registration No. 201-22-94229, Seoul, Republic of Korea). In this document, "Codesmith", "we" and "us" mean Codesmith as the operator of Allowance. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use Allowance or this website.

1. What we collect

Account data: names, work email addresses and roles of the people who use or sign mandates for a Customer.

Payment data: mandates, the tasks agents submit with a payment, merchant, amount, currency, category, description, decisions and ledger entries.

Technical data: request logs, IP addresses and MCP session identifiers, kept to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: checking payments against mandates, running the intent check, recording payments, and supporting Customers. To secure the Service and prevent misuse. To meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Processors

Anthropic (Claude API) receives the task and payment details of each payment to run the intent check. Cloudflare hosts the Service and this website. Payment partners receive what they need to settle live payments. Each processes data on our instructions.

4. Retention

We keep payment records for as long as the law requires for financial records, and other data for as long as the Customer's account is active. Sandbox data is short-lived and may be deleted at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@codesmith.work. Where we process data on behalf of a Customer, we will pass the request to that Customer.

6. International transfers

Our processors may handle data outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States. We use them under contracts that protect the data.

7. Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page. Questions: hello@codesmith.work.
